What Casinio’s Rules Say

Casinio is operated by Parea Gaming, Inc., which the rules name as sole sponsor. Gold Coins are for entertainment only. Sweeps Coins cannot be bought. They come free with optional Gold Coin purchases, through a mail-in request, daily login allocations, promotions, social-media contests, referrals and loyalty rewards.

Players must be at least 21, or the age of majority where they live if that is higher, and must be legal US residents physically in the US. The rules and terms (both version 2.1, September 17, 2026) list 15 restricted states, including Iowa and Oklahoma. In Florida, a single Sweeps Coin play is capped at a US$5,000 prize, and card and dice games are not offered in sweepstakes play. Georgia and Hawaii have the same card and dice restriction, and West Virginia has it in both currencies.

Every Sweeps Coin must be played at least once, and only coins won in play can be redeemed, at 1 SC to US$1. Redemptions start at 100 SC and are capped at US$2,000 a day, US$5,000 a week and US$20,000 a month. Before redeeming, players must verify photo ID, age, phone number and address. The rules list ACH bank transfer and gift cards as redemption methods and give processing times of 2 to 14 business days.
