Sweepstakes Offer Fine Print, Checked

Offer and redemption conditions a headline can leave out, checked against each casino’s own pages.

Ledger updated . Individual checks: and .

How we picked these

The first five examples were selected during a 25-brand audit comparing offer headlines and older records with public operator documents. Three additional checks examine no-purchase request and redemption conditions. This is a targeted sample, not a representative survey or an estimate of how often a problem occurs.

Eight targeted public-source checks: five retained October 15 snapshots and three added October 18 checks. These are document observations, not account, crediting or payout tests. Row dates apply only to the specified documents and findings; related operator reviews may have older evidence dates.

We retained the October 15 entries without rechecking them for this update. A new ledger version does not refresh an older finding. Public documents can change, and these observations do not establish anyone’s eligibility or guarantee a prize.

Offer evidence scope

High 5 Casino

Document check:

The current help article states 55 SC for signup but did not substantiate the additional 700 Game Coins in our older record. The extra GC figure was removed.

Check notes: Only the public statement was checked; account crediting was not tested.

Purchase and no-purchase components

WOW Vegas

Document check:

The promo page separates 5 SC across a signup sequence from 30 SC accompanying a $9.99 purchase. Its 35 SC headline combines these components.

Check notes: The signup sequence has Day 1–3 components; 35 SC is not an unconditional no-purchase signup award.

Eligibility sources disagree

Modo.us

Document check:

The October 1 rulebook includes Oklahoma. The older September help record also excludes Rhode Island, which the newer PDF does not list. Our filters retain both restrictions conservatively.

Check notes: The PDF was read and its first page inspected. The help entry retains its earlier check date; Rhode Island eligibility remains unresolved.

Free coins with a required purchase

Clubs Poker

Document check:

The quantified 30 SC welcome package requires a $10 purchase and mobile verification. The page's separate no-deposit possibility does not establish a fixed unconditional award.

Check notes: The package was not purchased and crediting was not tested.

Conditional and chance-based components

Fortune Wins

Document check:

The current signup page separates verification, consent, daily login and a wheel reward. These are not one guaranteed signup amount, so the older fixed figure is no longer promoted.

Check notes: FC is a distinct currency. No account was created and no wheel outcome or crediting was tested.

Playthrough wording differs between documents

Stake.us

Document check:

The terms require three plays except for Stake Cash won through Promotional Play. The older help article describes rollover only for purchase bonuses; its narrower wording does not establish an exemption for mail-in coins.

Source location: Terms version 18.0 (July 10, 2026), section 13.1(c). Second source: Redemption progress; article dated August 12, 2022; reread October 18, 2026.

Check notes: Both public texts were read. We did not resolve the discrepancy with the operator or test how an account balance is classified.

One-time code and variable request interval

Zula Casino

Document check:

The rulebook describes 5 SC per qualifying mail-in request. Each Mail Code is single use, including after a declined entry. The waiting period between code requests is shown in the account and can change; the PDF does not fix that interval.

Source location: Rules version 2.6 (August 28, 2026), sections 3.2.4–3.2.4.11, PDF pages 4–5.

Check notes: The rulebook and cited PDF pages were read. No account was accessed, code generated, request mailed or crediting tested.

Entry currency is not the cash-prize amount

Funzpoints

Document check:

A qualifying mail-in request provides 500 Premium Funzpoints and 10 tickets. The cash-prize minimum is 2,000 qualifying points, at US$1 per 100 points; a 500-point allocation is not a guaranteed US$5 payment.

Source location: Rules version 4.0.14 (June 18, 2026), sections 7–8.

Check notes: Restricted mail-in points normally require one playthrough. No request, gameplay, jackpot outcome or redemption was tested.
