What Zula Casino’s Rules Say

Zula Casino is a social casino run by SCPS LLC, a Delaware company. Games are played with Gold Coins, which cannot be redeemed, and Sweeps Coins, which may be redeemed for prizes under the sweepstakes rules. Sweeps Coins cannot be bought; they come as a bonus with some Gold Coin packages, through daily and other promotional bonuses, or by mail.

The terms (version 2.4, July 31, 2026) exclude five states from holding an account at all: California, Idaho, Michigan, New York and Washington. The sweepstakes rules exclude a longer list of 15 states from Sweeps Coins play. Florida is allowed with a cap on single-play wins, and the rules limit any one Florida prize to 4,900 SC. Help-centre notices describe Sweeps Coins play ending in California in December 2025 and in Tennessee in January 2026.

Under the rules, Sweeps Coins must be played once before they can be redeemed, and some promotional coins may carry higher playthrough requirements. Redemption starts at 50 SC and is capped at 9,550 SC per day, and players must pass identity verification first. The operator may also require the same payment method used to buy Gold Coins. Sweeps Coins expire 60 days after the player's last login.
