The usual method: a handwritten request card
Most operators ask you to handwrite a request on a card and post it to an address in the rules. Common requirements include:
- a card or paper of a specific size, sent in its own envelope;
- your full name, address and email exactly as registered on your account;
- a one-time code from your account at some casinos (Zula, Sportzino, Legendz and Moonspin use a mail or postal request code);
- a statement written by hand in the exact wording the rules give.
Requests that are typed, photocopied, mass-mailed or incomplete are typically void.
Online request cards
VGW’s brands — Chumba Casino, LuckyLand and Global Poker — use an online variant: you handwrite the request card and submit a photo of it through the app instead of mailing it.
What a request is worth
The rules set a fixed amount per valid request. At the time of our last check, McLuck, Hello Millions and Mega Bonanza listed 4 SC per request card, WOW Vegas listed 3 SC, and Stake.us listed 5 Stake Cash per card. Coins received this way usually carry the same playthrough and redemption rules as any others.
Other free sources
Many operators also hand out Sweeps Coins through daily login bonuses and social-media giveaways. These are promotions, not the legal free-entry route, and the operator can change them at any time.
