What Stake.us’s Rules Say

Stake.us is a social casino run by Sweepsteaks Limited, a Cyprus company. Gold Coins are for standard play and have no monetary value. Stake Cash is the sweepstakes currency. It cannot be bought, and Stake Cash won in promotional play can be redeemed for prizes at an implied rate of 1 Stake Cash to US$1. No separate sweepstakes-rules page is linked. The sweepstakes provisions sit in the Terms & Conditions.

Players must be over 21 and located in the continental US or Hawaii, outside 22 excluded states. The help centre's restricted-states article, updated July 10, 2026, gives the same 22 states. Free Stake Cash comes from a daily login bonus, social-media giveaways and a handwritten postcard request that credits 5 Stake Cash.

Stake Cash must be played three times before redemption unless it was won through promotional play. The help centre says this applies to Stake Cash received as a bonus with Gold Coin purchases. Identity verification is required, and only one redemption request is processed per account in any 24 hours. Prizes may be paid in cryptocurrency or FIAT, using the same type the player used to buy Gold Coins. Players can switch only once their Stake Cash balance is zero. The terms let Stake set a minimum redemption threshold and fees, but no amount is stated. Florida redemptions are capped at US$5,000 per day.
