What CasinoKai’s Rules Say
CasinoKai is operated by CasinoKai, LLC. Its rules distinguish Gold Coins for social play from Sweeps Coins used in promotional games whose winnings may be redeemed for prizes. The FAQ uses the alternative labels Game Coins and Sweepstake Cash.
The rules require entrants to be at least 18 and the age of majority in their jurisdiction, and list ten excluded US states. Free Sweeps Coins can be obtained through daily logins or a handwritten postal request. Each accepted request receives a randomly determined allocation of 1 to 5 SC and requires an account-generated code.
Sweeps Coins must be played once before redemption. The rules describe bank payments, checks, Skrill and gift cards through Prizeout, subject to verification. They do not state numeric cash or gift-card minimums. Only one redemption request is processed at a time, with at least 48 hours between requests. SC expire after 60 days without logging in.
