What Modo.us’s Rules Say

Modo.us is run by ARB Gaming, LLC, a Delaware company based in Scottsdale, Arizona. Gold Coins are for free-to-play games and can be bought. Sweepstakes Coins cannot be bought; they come as a bonus with some Gold Coin packs, from daily login rewards, social-media giveaways, referrals, or a handwritten mail-in request (3 SC per request). Accounts are open from age 18, but Sweepstakes Coin play requires age 21 or older.

The help centre (updated September 16, 2026) lists 16 Gold-Coin-only states. It says Washington is fully restricted. That list adds Rhode Island to the 16 states named in the May 2026 rules.

Sweepstakes Coins must be played through once before they can be redeemed. The operator may require up to 30 play-throughs for promotional coins. The minimums are 20 SC for a gift card through Prizeout and 50 SC for a cash prize. Only one redemption request is processed per day, and Florida is capped at $5,000 per monthly entry period. Identity and payment-method checks are needed first. The help centre lists bank account (ACH), Visa or Mastercard debit card (the card must have been used for a purchase), PayPal direct deposit and Prizeout gift cards.
