What High 5 Casino’s Rules Say
High 5 Casino is a social casino run by High 5 Entertainment, LLC. Game Coins are used for free-to-play games and cannot be redeemed. Sweeps Coins are given away free and can be won in sweepstakes games, then redeemed for prizes at 1 SC to $1. The rules say Sweeps Coins cannot be bought; they come with some Game Coin packs as a free bonus.
The rules (version 43.0, June 26, 2026) open the sweepstakes to legal US residents aged 21 or older and exclude 21 states. The same document says High 5 left Indiana and Iowa in June 2026 and Maine in July 2026. Besides daily bonuses and promotions, free Sweeps Coins can be requested by handwritten mail-in card, which gives 3 SC per valid request.
Sweeps Coins must be played at least once before they can be redeemed. The minimums are 50 SC for a non-cash prize and 100 SC for a cash prize. The operator allows one redemption request every 48 hours and may cap redemptions at $10,000 a day and $100,000 a month. In Florida, the cap is $5,000 per monthly entry period. KYC checks may be required before any prize is redeemed. The help centre lists Skrill, Trustly bank transfer and Prizeout digital cards as redemption options.
