What Chino’s Rules Say

Chino runs at playchino.us. Its official rules name InspireCore Technologies Inc., a company registered in Ontario, Canada, as sole sponsor and promoter. Gold Coins are for entertainment only. Sweepstakes Coins, which the site also calls Sweeps Coins, cannot be bought. They come free with marked Gold Coin packs, from social-media giveaways, email and SMS promotions and a mail-in request.

The rules and the FAQ both list 18 excluded states, including Maryland, Pennsylvania and Rhode Island. Entrants must be at least 18. In Florida, redemptions are capped at US$5,000 per monthly entry period.

Sweeps Coins must be played at least once before they count toward a redemption. Coins from a promotion may carry a higher requirement under that offer's terms. The FAQ puts the minimum redemption at 100 SC, paid by ACH or push to card, with ID verification before the first redemption. The rules allow KYC checks that may include a facial scan and SSN validation. The operator aims to process redemptions within 24 hours.
