Deal or No Deal Win is a social casino operated by Mamba Limited, a company incorporated in the Isle of Man. Gold Coins are for entertainment play. Sweepstakes Coins cannot be bought: players collect them free through daily bonuses, missions, prize drops, scratchcards and social media, receive them as a bonus with some Gold Coin purchases, or request them by mail.

The terms (last updated September 17, 2026) and the sweepstakes rules require entrants to be at least 18, or older where state law requires. Both name 14 Restricted Territories. The mail-in route asks for a handwritten request card and a 13-digit request code from the account, posted to a PO box in Manchester, New Hampshire, and credits 3 Sweepstakes Coins per valid request. The code must be used within 28 days.

Sweepstakes Coins must be played through once before they count toward a prize. Cash prizes start at 100 qualifying SC, at US$1 per coin.
