What Dorados’s Rules Say

Dorados is a social casino operated by Rafflefy Limited, a company based in Limassol, Cyprus. Gold Coins are for social play. Sweeps Coins and Extra Sweeps Coins Spins cannot be bought: players receive them free with some Gold Coin packages, as rewards for on-site activities, or by mail. The site also uses Elixir, a loyalty token earned from Sweeps Coins play, for its island-building and reward features.

The General Terms and Conditions and the Sweepstakes Rules (both last revised February 2026) require players to be at least 21, or the local age of majority if higher. The terms name 14 restricted states, including Iowa, which some other operators allow. Mail-in requests are handwritten letters posted to a Manchester, New Hampshire address, limited to one per day, and each valid request credits at least 2 Sweeps Coins. No request code is needed.

Sweeps Coins must be played at least once before winnings count as Redeemable Sweeps Coins, and the operator may require more play. Redemptions start at 100 Redeemable Sweeps Coins, each worth US$1. Every VIP tier has a US$2,500 daily cap, and monthly caps range from US$30,000 to US$60,000. Florida prizes are capped at US$5,000. Identity and eligibility checks must be completed before a prize is paid. The terms say ACH and push-to-card payouts are handled by a Delaware payment processor. Virtual coins not used in play for 40 consecutive days are forfeited.
