What Fortune Purple’s Rules Say
Fortune Purple is operated by Deeppulse Games LLC, a California company that the site footer and Sweeps Policy name as operator and default sweepstakes sponsor. Games use Gold Coins for social play and Sweeps Coins, which can be redeemed for prizes. Sweeps Coins come free with some Gold Coin packs, from daily login rewards, social-media giveaways and a mail-in request.
Players must be at least 18, or the age of majority where they live if that is higher. The Sweeps Policy and the separate free-entry (AMOE) rules both list 18 states where the sweepstakes is void, among them California, Delaware, Illinois, Iowa and Mississippi.
Sweeps Coins must normally be played once before they can be redeemed, but the policy lets the operator require up to 20x. Redeemed coins are worth US$1 each, and the minimum redemption is 50 SC. Cash goes to the payment method used for purchases or to a nominated bank account, and gift cards go to the account email. The FAQ says identity and KYC checks must be completed first. There is one redemption request per 24 hours and a US$10,000 daily prize cap. Sweeps Coins expire 60 days after the player last logged in.
