What Funrize’s Rules Say

Funrize is a social gaming platform run by A1 Development LLC of Wyoming. Its Terms of Use (version 2.0) require users to be over 21, or the local age of majority if higher. The terms block access from 14 states. They allow only Tournament Points mode in California, Indiana, Maine and Maryland, so those four states are also treated here as excluded from sweepstakes play.

The operator's Alternative Method of Promotion Entry page describes a handwritten mail-in request, open to residents of eligible states aged 21 or older.
