What Jackpota’s Rules Say
Jackpota.com is run by Silver Social Operations Limited, an Isle of Man company. Its Terms of Service, version 2.6, updated July 30, 2026, describe Virtual Coins licensed for entertainment only. The coins cannot be transferred and have no cash value. Apart from separate no-purchase promotional contests or giveaways, the terms say players cannot win real money or prizes from the games. We found no current sweepstakes rules: the rules page returned a 404 error, and the help centre covers Gold Coins only. This record therefore treats Jackpota as a social product.
The terms require players to be over 21, or the local age of majority if higher. They bar access from 17 states. A help-centre article, last edited in June 2026, lists the same states plus California.
Gold Coin packages cost from $1.99 to $99.99, and card purchases may require 3D Secure checks. The help centre says free Gold Coins expire after 60 days without a login.
