Sweep Coins are used in Promotional Play, where winnings can be redeemed for prizes. Players can get Sweep Coins free through a welcome bonus, daily logins, the Wheel of Fortune, achievements and promotions, as a bonus with Gold Coin purchases, or by mail.
The sweepstakes rules (last updated 09/07/2026) require entrants to be at least 21 and name 19 prohibited states, including Iowa, Utah and Wyoming. The terms (last updated 08/26/2026) say Gold Coin purchases from those states are voided and refunded less a fee of up to 10%. For the mail-in route, players handwrite a request card with a one-time code from customer support and post it to Optivara's Wilmington, Delaware address. Each valid request credits 2 Sweep Coins, and each code is valid for 30 days.
Redemptions start at 100 redeemable Sweep Coins. The terms say Sweep Coins must be played once before they can be redeemed unless the operator requires otherwise.
