Entrants must be at least 21. The terms restrict access from 14 states and allow only Gold Coin play in California, Indiana and Maine, producing 17 states unavailable for sweepstakes play. The rules name California among their exclusions but do not repeat the Indiana and Maine restrictions. Free SC routes include a one-coin sign-up award, daily rewards and a handwritten mail-in request worth 1 SC.
