What Storm.us’s Rules Say

Storm.us is a social casino owned and operated by 3-102-969184 LIMITADA, a limited liability company registered in Costa Rica. The terms name Breeze Labs Inc. as payment processor and merchant of record. Gold Coins are for play only. Sweeps Coins are never sold: they come free with some Gold Coin packages, as a welcome and daily bonus, through referrals and promotions, or by mail.

The Sweeps Rules (version 1.4, September 22, 2026) require players to be at least 21. Eleven states are Excluded Territories where no account may be opened. California, Idaho, Indiana and Maine are Gold Coin Only Territories, where Sweeps Coins play is not offered. In Florida, Georgia, Hawaii and West Virginia, card and dice games are not available with Sweeps Coins, and Florida single-play prizes are capped at US$5,000.

Standard Sweeps Coins must be played once before redemption. VIP monthly rewards carry higher playthrough (up to 5x, or up to 20x for disclosed invitation-only awards). Full identity verification, including a Social Security Number check, is required before any redemption. The rules set minimums of 100 SC for cash and 50 SC for gift cards, but the help centre says the live payout flow currently supports only bank transfers. Sweeps Coins expire 45 days after the player's last login, apart from unclaimed VIP Coinback.
