What Whale.us’s Rules Say
Whale.us is a social sweepstakes casino operated by Deep Blue Coast Limited, a company registered in Cyprus. Players use Gold Coins for standard play and Sweep Coins (also written Sweeps Coins on the site) for promotional play. Sweep Coins cannot be bought. They come as a bonus with marked Gold Coin bundles, from social-media giveaways, tournaments and the Daily Spin, or through a free entry request sent by post or uploaded in the account.
The terms (version 1.0, effective September 7, 2026, the only version listed) exclude 12 states from the platform. The homepage footer gives a longer list of 16 jurisdictions, including DC, where Sweeps Coins play is not available. Players must be at least 18, and location is checked with a geolocation service.
Sweep Coins must be played through three times before they can be redeemed, unless they were won in promotional play. Prizes are paid in cryptocurrency or to a bank account at 1 SC = US$1, and the redemption currency must match the one used to buy Gold Coins. The terms allow one redemption request per 24 hours, cap single Florida redemptions at US$5,000 and require identity verification. No redemption minimum or Sweep Coin expiry period is published in the terms.
