Crown Coins Casino is a social casino run by Sunflower Technology Inc. of Delaware together with Stiarsia Ltd. It uses Crown Coins for social play and Sweeps Coins for sweepstakes games. The terms (version 4.1, updated September 24, 2026) describe the social product, subscriptions and day passes. They require players to be at least 18 and exclude Delaware, Idaho, Louisiana, Michigan, Montana, Nevada and Washington. A separate registration notice also excludes California. The Sweepstakes Policy, which the help centre cites for full sweepstakes rules, could not be retrieved for this record.
The help centre (August 2026) lists six states with no access and four states limited to Crown Coins play: Connecticut, New Jersey, Maine and Tennessee. Tennessee and Maine moved to Social Mode Only in mid-2026, with a final window to redeem remaining Sweeps Coins.
