The sweeps rules and the terms (version 1.1, September 23, 2026) exclude 15 states: California, Connecticut, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Louisiana, Maine, Michigan, Montana, New York, New Jersey, Nevada, Tennessee, Washington and West Virginia. Players must be 18 or older, or the age of majority where they live.
The postal route requires a one-time 10-digit Postal Request Code and a handwritten 4x6 card, and each valid card credits 2.5 Sweeps Coins, up to 90 codes per 60-day sweepstakes period.
