What Reel Zappy’s Rules Say

Reel Zappy is a social casino operated by SGSE LLC, a company registered in Wilmington, Delaware. Players use Gold Coins, which cannot be redeemed, and Sweeps Coins, which may be redeemed for prizes under the sweepstakes rules. Sweeps Coins cannot be bought. They come as a bonus with some Gold Coin packages, through sign-up, daily and other promotional bonuses, or by mail.

The terms (version 1.0, August 5, 2026) open with a beta notice that says the platform was in final testing before its official release on August 26, 2026. The Participant Eligibility Requirements bar accounts in 17 states, and the sweepstakes rules exclude 15 states from Sweeps Coins play. Florida is allowed, but single-play wins are capped below 5,000 SC and any single Florida prize at 4,900 SC.

Under the rules, Sweeps Coins must be played once before they can be redeemed, and the operator may add higher playthrough requirements to bonus coins. Redemption starts at 50 SC and is capped at 9,550 SC per day. Identity verification is required, and cash prizes go to a verified bank account. Sweeps Coins expire 60 days after the player's last login. A mail-in request gives 5 SC.
