What Splash Coins’s Rules Say

Splash Coins is a social casino operated by Interactive Studios, Inc., a Delaware company. Gold Coins are for free-to-play games only. Sweep Coins cannot be bought: players receive them on sign-up, as a bonus with some Gold Coin packs, through giveaways and promotions, or by mail. The operator's own blog introduced the site as a new sweepstakes casino in July 2025.

The terms (version 2.5, July 7, 2026) require players to be over 18, or the age of majority where they are if that is higher, and list 16 states as Prohibited Territories. A help article dated July 2026 lists 15 of those states, leaving out Indiana.

The sweepstakes rules offer a mail-in route: a handwritten 4x6 postcard carrying a one-time entry code, sent to SCA Promotions in Dallas, credits 2 Sweep Coins per valid request. Sweep Coins must be played at least once before they count toward a prize, and the operator may require more play. Cash prizes start at US$100, one redemption can be pending at a time, and redemptions are capped at US$9,999 a day, or lower depending on loyalty tier. In the first seven days after sign-up, redemptions cannot exceed the player's total purchases. Florida prizes are capped at US$5,000 per weekly entry period. KYC checks, which can include photo ID, a facial scan, proof of address and SSN validation, may be required before any prize is paid.

The help centre lists Skrill, pay-by-bank and debit card as redemption options, with debit card available only to players who bought with a debit card. It says Sweeps Coins expire 60 days after the last login.
