What VegasBuilder’s Rules Say

VegasBuilder is operated by Nickle Tech LLC of Afton, Wyoming, which the site footer names as owner and sweepstakes sponsor. It has two modes. Builder Mode uses Builder Items, which have no cash value. Vegas Mode uses Sweeps Coins, which the terms also call Vegas Coins. Sweeps Coins cannot be bought. They come free with some Builder Item packs, on registration, from the daily bonus, social-media giveaways, referrals and a mail-in request.

The rules and terms are both version 1.0, dated August 31, 2026. The first 60-day sweepstakes period starts on September 1, 2026. Players must be at least 18, or the age of majority where they live if that is higher. Connecticut, Idaho, Montana, Nevada and Washington are excluded, along with US territories.

Sweeps Coins must normally be played once before they can be redeemed, but the rules let the operator require up to 20x. Only coins won in play can be redeemed, at 1 SC to US$1, and cash redemptions need at least 100 SC. Winners must pass verification. The operator processes one redemption request per 24 hours and may cap redemptions at US$10,000 a day. In Florida and New York, a prize from a single play is capped at US$5,000.
