What Zunado’s Rules Say

Zunado is a space-themed social casino operated by CT-Tech North America LLC, a US company registered in Las Vegas, Nevada. Gold Coins are for Standard Play and cannot be redeemed. Sweeps Coins cannot be bought: players get them as a reward with marked Gold Coin packs, from social media giveaways, a daily reward, tournaments, minigames, social media account certification, referrals, or by mail.

The Terms and Conditions (version 1.13) and the Sweepstakes Rules (version 1.9), both dated July 22, 2026, require players to be 18, or the age of majority where they live if higher. Both name the same 15 excluded states. For the mail-in route, players get an 8-digit Postal Request Code from the site footer, which must be used within 7 days, and send a handwritten request card to a Las Vegas address. Each valid card credits 2 Sweeps Coins, limited to one card per envelope per 24 hours.

Sweeps Coins must be played once before they can be redeemed, though the operator may require up to 20 plays, and table, live dealer and specialty games may count for less. Redemptions start at US$100 (100 Sweeps Coins). Cash goes to the account or online wallet used to buy Gold Coins, or to another bank account in the player's name, and gift cards are offered only if the operator makes them available. The operator may cap redemptions at US$5,000 a day. Identity checks apply on the first redemption. Sweeps Coins expire 60 days after the last login.
